Salary package ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 Super (based on experience) Sponsorship available for the right candidate Ditch the night hours for 8am-5pm operating hours Beautiful Central Coast location, approximately 1 hour from Sydney CBD About You You are a hands-on leader who leads by example and understands that great hospitality starts with great people. You'll bring: Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality venues Strong leadership and team development skills A genuine passion for customer service and guest experience Experience managing labour costs and rostering Ordering and inventory management experience Confidence using booking and reservation systems Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining service standards Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate front-of-house teams Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day Manage staffing, rostering and labour costs Oversee ordering, stock control and venue operations Drive service standards and team performance Ensure compliance with company procedures and venue standards Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business goals Important Requirements Must currently be located in Australia to be considered Sponsorship available for the right applicant A reliable vehicle and driver's licence are essential - you must have your own car to access the venue Available to work a rotating hospitality roster including weekends If hospitality is more than just a job to you and you're ready to join a venue where people, culture and customer experience come first, apply today.
